Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 September 2026

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using OddsOwl's website, tools, and paid features. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use OddsOwl.

1. What OddsOwl provides

OddsOwl provides football statistics, odds, research tools, and related information. Content may come from third parties and can change as matches and markets develop. We work to keep it useful, but we cannot promise that every statistic, price, fixture, or other detail is complete, current, or error-free.

OddsOwl is a research service. Its content is not a recommendation to place a bet or a guarantee of any outcome. If you choose to use the information when making a betting decision, you are responsible for that decision and for following the laws and age requirements that apply to you.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account unless you tell us promptly that someone has accessed it without permission. Do not share a paid account with others or use another person's account without permission.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. The price, billing interval, any trial, and any applicable taxes are shown before you subscribe. A subscription renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel it. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the first charge will occur when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing section of your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails, we may ask you to update your payment method and may pause paid access while the payment remains outstanding.

Any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law still apply. If you believe a charge is wrong or want to request a refund, contact OddsOwl using the contact details available through the service.

4. Using OddsOwl fairly

You may use OddsOwl's content and tools for your own research. Unless we give you written permission, you may not:

  • scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the service;
  • copy, republish, sell, or redistribute substantial parts of the service, including through screenshots or private groups;
  • share, resell, or give others access to your paid subscription; or
  • interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use it in a way that harms other users.

You may share a normal link to a public page. If you want to use OddsOwl content in a publication, product, or commercial service, ask us first.

5. Content and third-party rights

OddsOwl owns or licenses the service's original text, design, software, tools, and presentation of content. Using OddsOwl does not transfer those rights to you. Football facts and third-party material may have separate owners and rights.

Club and league logos, player images, odds, and other third-party material remain subject to their owners' rights. Their appearance on OddsOwl does not imply that those owners endorse us. If you believe material on the service infringes your rights, contact OddsOwl with enough detail for us to review it.

6. Availability and changes to the service

We may update, correct, or remove content and features. We may also need to interrupt access for maintenance, security, or reasons outside our control. Where a change materially affects a paid feature, we will take reasonable steps to let affected subscribers know.

7. Third-party websites

OddsOwl may link to other websites or services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control their content. A link does not mean OddsOwl endorses the linked service.

8. Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or close an account if it is used in breach of these terms, to protect the service or other users, or where required by law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you a chance to resolve the issue. You may stop using OddsOwl at any time and may cancel a subscription as described above.

9. Responsibility and your legal rights

You use sports data and analysis at your own discretion. OddsOwl is not responsible for losses caused by a betting decision, an inaccurate third-party price or statistic, or an event outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude responsibility where the law does not allow us to do so, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Privacy and messages

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may send messages needed to run your account or subscription. Marketing messages are handled separately, and you can opt out of them using the instructions in those messages.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised terms here with a new date and give notice of material changes where appropriate. If you continue using OddsOwl after updated terms take effect, the updated terms will apply. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the service and cancel your subscription.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may also have rights under the consumer laws of the country where you live. Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.

For questions about these terms, your account, or content on OddsOwl, contact us using the contact details provided through the service.
